Fitness Classes

You can find a wide range of fitness and aerobic classes at our gym. The aerobic classes are provided absolutely free to members and are $8 per class for non-members.

Zumba: Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired dance/fitness class that blends international music and contagious dance steps to form a “fitness party” atmosphere.  Zumba has grown to become the world’s largest and most successful dance fitness program with more than 12 million people of all shapes and sizes and ages taking classes weekly.  Try a class to see what all the hype is about!

Body Pump & Tone:  This fun and challenging class will tone and strengthen your entire body.  Body Pump & Flex will work all the major muscle groups and give you the results you want…fast!  Combining weights, body bars, TRX bands, Bosu balls, and Kettlebells and more.  Try a class and see how our skilled instructors can help you reach your fitness goals. 

Mix it up:  Enjoy a class that combines Indoor Cycling and Core training exercises to give you a powerful and energetic workout.  Use strength, cardio, and interval techniques to improve you overall fitness level.  Move from the Bike to the Floor to create a “mix it up” effect….!  See results quick!

Indoor Cycling (Cycle & Tone):  Indoor Cycling is an organized biking class that combines cardio, strength and interval workouts in a classroom setting.  Uplifting music and inspiring instructors make this class a high energy and high calorie burning experience you will enjoy…! Toning classes adds an extra core training workout!

Pilates:   considered a mind, body and spirit workout.  The smooth, almost dance-like motions and an emphasis on proper breathing leave participant’s feeling refreshed and open.  The exercises require concentration, control, precision, specific breathing patterns and dynamic, fluid movements.  Deep abdominal muscles remain fully engaged during the workout, while torso, arm and leg movements are performed against body or spring resistance.  Try a class today!

Sculpt & Tone:  A Total Body Conditioning Class that combines functional fitness, core training, and strength training with weights.  Tone your entire body and build the needed strength to perform daily activities better.  You will love this class!

Just abs/gulutes!  Work on those problem areas by taking this ½ hour sculpting class that will tone and train your back side and your stomach!  ½ hour is all you need to get these tough muscles toned and trim!
